Terms and Conditions for Alterations

We’re confident that you will be thrilled with your alterations. We understand, however, that sometimes an alteration may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to refunds, returns, and subsequent alterations to correct original alterations.

We offer consultations at no charge. In the event that a customer does not want to move forward with the alterations after the fitting, we will remove all pins and chalk marks, if applicable. Pins cannot be left in any garment under any circumstances unless the client is proceeding with alterations with the company.

You enter into a business relationship after the initial fitting and agreement to services labeled in the invoice. Each garment is subjectively tailored. We do not offer any exchanges or returns for any alterations performed by our tailors regardless of the client’s level of satisfaction. We offer up to 50% refunds if the alteration service makes the garment unwearable. The reason for this policy is that once an order is placed, work on the garment commences shortly after that, and expenses are incurred by our business as part of the tailoring process.

We may redo an alteration up to two times without additional charges. Please allow at least 1-2 weeks for each attempt. We will not redo an alteration past three times or if natural wear and tear occurs after our service.

When you receive an invoice, you understand the risks associated with leaving your garments and agree to the service provided.
