When do you pay?

You pay for the service at pick-up!

When can I get back an alteration?

We currently have tailors who work outside the cleaner. We drop off and pick up alterations every Tuesday and Friday to our tailors. For example, if you drop off your clothing on Monday, it will be ready by Saturday.

What if I need a quicker turnaround time for an alteration?

We will accept rushed alterations on a case-by-case basis.

What if Iā€™m dissatisfied with an alteration?

We will re-do the alteration if possible without any extra fees. If the alteration can not be fixed, we will refund 50% of the service you paid. We will not pay the cost of the original item.

How long do we keep items ready for pick-up?

We will keep items for up to 3 months in the shop. We will give monthly reminders by calling the number on the order.
